TASS is working with The FA to support the development of a new pathway to provide appropriate support for athletes at their required level.
Together they encourage a dual career pathway and help reduce the dropout rate in both football and education. This ultimately will help broaden the player base and increase the talent pool with better players who will have superior career options after football.
TASS typically supports athletes that are currently at the England U23-U19 level, either competing in the ETP Development League or for a WSL 2 Club.
