Guy Taylor, TASS National Director, announcing the changes.

This week, TASS have shared exciting news with over 100 senior leaders from sport, education and the wider talent and performance network. Partners met at the University of Birmingham to hear the next phase in the TASS journey.

TASS have been awarded £9.3 million (as part of further investment into SportsAid by Sport England) across the next three-year cycle, an increase in funding of over 50%, leading to new plans to nearly triple the number of athletes who will benefit from TASS support.

The same world-leading support services that are delivered across the unique TASS network will now benefit more athletes at the Performance Foundation stage. These services will be enhanced with a greater emphasis on personal development.

The number of athletes receiving TASS support will be increasing from 450 now to around 1200 in year 3.
