The University of Hertfordshire Hub currently supports up 50 TASS athletes across some 30 sports. All the athletes have access to the brand new Performance Hertfordshire facility which opened in April 2010. Home to a high performance Strength & Conditioning room and Bodybalance Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic, the facility is located within the state-of-the-art Sports Village. Built in 2003, Hertfordshire Sports Village is designed specifically to meet the needs of professional athletes as well as being a venue for University students and the broader community to train. The Sports Village is listed as a potential pre-games training camp for the 2012 Olympics and Paralympics.
