Nottingham Trent University hosts around 40 TASS Athletes each year, all of whom are based in the East Midlands area.
NTU Elite Sport also has it own highly established sport scholarship programme for students studying at the University, as well as being home to one of the National Performance Centres for Hockey.
We work closely with several HE and FE institutions in the area, including:
- University of Nottingham
- South Notts College
- Bolborough College
- Uppingham High School
Based at the University’s Clifton Campus, NTU has an established team of professionals working together integrating their disciplines to ensure individual needs are always met, and student-athletes can excel in sport and education.
Elite athletes at NTU benefit from a fantastic new facility which has recently opened. The development includes a high performance centre, physiotherapy suite, athlete kitchen, physiology lab, and psychology rooms. NTU also provide services to a number of local, regional and national sports groups.
