Hi i train with BTS which is an amazing team and like a second family to me ! I owe so much to Joe and Gareth Brown and feel very lucky to have the support from my coaches family and friends. Taekwondo is such an amazing sport to be a part of and i value every training session i have. I also love to gain as much experience in A-class competitions as i can!

Ive been very fortunate to have trained with the GB team and have also been able to train and fight with the Koreans, up in Manchester. One of the best highlights in taekwondo has to have been when i got gold in the Commonwealth Games in India,

Furthermore i am very happy to say that i have just been selected to be part of the GB Taekwondo junior talent team! I love taekwondo as it is such a great sport and you get to meet so many different people from all over the country and the world! Ive made some great friends and many new experiences, plus I just love to fight! My motto is train hard fight easy!
