I am a 17 year old Triathlete from Newcastle upon Tyne. I am currently studying for my A-Level’s at Walbottle Campus and hope to go to University in September. I compete for Ryton Tri but I am also part of other individual clubs (Gateshead Harriers and Gateshead & Whickham ASC).
I started Triathlon when I was 16 as I enjoy all aspects of the sport and I think that the training is interesting because it is over three sports. I am looking to compete Internationally this Summer after missing out on an opportunity last season because of an injury. My favourite discipline is running, which is also my best discipline and I compete in X-Country during the Winter when Triathlon is out of season and have had some good results.
